How to apply:
- Login through the SIIA portal. If you do not have an SIIA account you will be prompted to create one.
- Review the Timeline, Rules, Categories and FAQs in the "APPLICANTS" navigation above.
- Begin a new application or access applications in process with the "Start" button.
Start - All applications can be saved and revisited for completion anytime before the submission window closes. All saved applications can be found under My Account > Incomplete Submissions.
